Actually, the Xiaohu Tiger costs 29,990 yuan, which is equivalent to about $4,500. Buyers are offered two versions to choose from – a 3-door two-seater (3 meters long) and a 5-door four-seater (3.4 meters long).

In the first case, the hatchback is powered by an electric motor with 41 hp, in the second – with 46 “horses”. The range, however, is the same – up to 170 km on the NEDC cycle (that is, in reality – about 100-120 km).

On board the Xiaohu Tiger there is a digital instrument cluster, multimedia with a rear-view camera. The interior can be chosen in brown, beige, or even two-tone. Also included in the package are two front airbags, ABS and EBD systems. Finally, the “budget car” also offers two driving modes – sport and eco.

It is worth noting that such cars are in great demand in China. Well, a real breakthrough was the Wuling Hong Guang Mini EV – it is now the best-selling car in the country (in August alone, it sold 41,188 units). At a price of just over $4,000, it can boast a stylish design, a 17.7 hp motor and 85 Nm, as well as a range of 120 km. If you add another thousand, you can count on air conditioning and a slightly longer range – up to 170 km.
