Violation of these terms may be considered a violation of intellectual property rights with all the consequences arising from such a violation.
- 1. Any use of the materials of the autoportal.ua website (hereinafter - the Site) is allowed under the conditions specified below. Use means any reproduction, publication, copying, reprinting, distribution, translation, broadcasting, cable transmission, processing, and other methods provided by the current legislation of Ukraine.
- 2. Partial or full use of materials is allowed only with a link and/or a direct hyperlink open for search engines to the direct address of the material on the Site. The link/hyperlink must be placed in the subtitle or in the first paragraph of the material. The font size of the link or hyperlink must not be smaller than the font size of the text of the material used. The link/hyperlink is mandatory regardless of full or partial use of materials.
- 3. Use of Site photos is allowed provided the source autoportal.ua is indicated. If the photo contains the photographer's name (or other information about the photographer) and/or the Site's watermark, their preservation when using the photos is mandatory.
- 4. Any use of materials (including photos) that contain a link to other sites or sources is strictly prohibited.
- 5. Materials marked with the "Advertisement" sign are published on advertising terms.
- 6. The administration has the right to make changes to these terms at any time. Changes come into force from the moment the new version is published on the Site.
- 7. Violation of the above conditions will be considered a violation of legally protected intellectual property rights and rights to information. Such a violation will mean that the materials were used without the permission of "Autoportal" (the site administrator). In such cases, "Autoportal" reserves the right to protect its rights in court in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine.
