The models were named Konyk and Volyk. In terms of form factor, they resemble quad bikes with a closed body (read, Indian tuk-tuk). Both models are highly unified, differing only in size, payload capacity, and range.

Thus, the Konyk electric car is the younger of the two. The vehicle's dimensions are 2.28 x 1.14 x 1.55 m, payload capacity is 250 kg, and range on a single charge is 100-350 km (depending on the capacity of the installed battery). The Konyk is available in both passenger and cargo versions.

In turn, the Volyk is strictly a cargo electric vehicle. Here, the dimensions are 3.23 x 1.38 x 1.52 m, payload capacity is 1500 kg, and range is 100-500 km (also depending on the battery). In the rear part of the body, you can install, for example, a refrigerator or any other "superstructure" that the operator needs.

The maximum speed of both vehicles is 60 km/h. From a regular outlet, the Konyk and Volyk charge in 6-12 hours, and from a fast charger in 1-2.5 hours, the creators assure.

Prices for the Konyk and Volyk electric vehicles start at just under $8,300. When operating such a wonder of technology, the developers promise good savings: with a daily range of 100 km, depreciation will be 24 UAH, and per year – 8,760 UAH.

Autoportal comment

The Konyk and Volyk electric vehicles look affordable compared to most other new cars in Ukraine. But if we speak objectively, it is hard to call them outright cheap – due to a considerable number of drawbacks. First, the "electric cars" have questionable design. Second, it is hard to believe in good practicality of the vehicle – the same electric drive takes up about a third of the entire cargo space of the car. Third, even with the naked eye it becomes clear that the Konyk and Volyk have issues with build quality.

However, a certain category of consumers may still find such vehicles interesting. First of all, these are couriers and delivery services that simply need budget cars with a small footprint and that do not require large expenses for refueling, maintenance, and repairs.
