The corresponding ad appeared in the Facebook group "Auto homemade, homemade auto moto equipment with your own hands."

From the description it follows that the basis of the "homemade" is an Opel Vectra B – this is the second generation of the German sedan, which was produced in 1995-2002 (platform – mid-size GM2900 1998-2010). The car is equipped with a 1.8-liter engine (original, ECOTEC family), automatic transmission (apparently, Opel's 4-speed automatic), disc brakes "all around" and ABS system.
From the photos you can see that the owner obviously did not finish the conversion project – the Zaporozhets body is not fully painted (only the doors are in paint, and even then, judging by the condition, they need to update the paintwork), in addition, some components are missing – such as turn signal indicators, bumpers. However, overall the "Zapovectra" looks like a car ready for use.

Characteristic visual details include widened wheel arches and large protruding wheels on alloy rims. Inside, the Opel dashboard and central part unusually echo the door cards from the Zaporozhets.
Such a low price for an unusual car can be explained by the fact that it is more of a fun weekend car than a practical workhorse for little money. That is, it is simply difficult to find a new owner, although in the comments to the post many social network users showed interest in the Opel with a ZAZ body.
The location of the car is not reported, but on the page of the ad author (a certain Vitaliy Melnyk) it is stated that he lives in Kyiv.
