The museum team, led by Mykhailo Prudnikov, is engaged in the restoration of homemade cars, which mostly come to them in an extremely worn-out condition. Thanks to the work of museum specialists, such cars get a second life and turn into real engineering masterpieces.
2_b.jpgWithin the framework of the "Time Machines" exposition, you can see many unusual specimens, including "Losenia", "Baltika", "Mikron", and "Murakha". All of them are part of the exhibition called "You Can Do It", which is open to everyone.

7_b.jpgAs Mykhailo Prudnikov told, the "Tornado" was designed by engineer I. Pelik in the eighties of the last century on the basis of the "Chaika" autodrome. The sports car is built on a tubular frame, has a fiberglass body, and the technical filling is borrowed from the "Zaporozhets". Currently, museum workers are collecting any information about this car — in particular, about its original shade, the shape of the headlights, the interior trim, and other details.

5_b.jpgThe restoration work on the "Tornado" will last approximately six months. After the restoration is completed, the car will join the "You Can Do It" exposition.
