The image above shows the first visualization of the new Duster, prepared by the magazine Caradisiac. According to Western European colleagues, with the change of generation, the popular budget crossover will resemble the Dacia Bigster concept (presented in January 2021), as well as the current, third-generation Logan and Sandero. It will share headlights and taillights with the latter. That is, Duster 3 will differ significantly from its predecessor, just as Duster 2 is not like Duster 1.

As for the technical side, according to L'Argus magazine, with the change of generations, the Duster will move from the B0 platform to the CMF-B chassis – this architecture is also used, in particular, by the new Logan and Sandero. The use of the new architecture will make the Duster hybrid – as expected, it will get a powertrain from the E-Tech family. Diesel versions will disappear from the car's lineup, but there will be a version running on gas (LPG).

Finally, the Duster 3 will not have classic all-wheel drive (although this is not certain). Its absence will be compensated by the same hybrid – or rather, the electric motor that will be part of the installation.

Be that as it may, for now these are just rumors. But what is known for sure is that the restyled version of the current Duster (pictured above) will debut in the summer. Its main feature, perhaps, will be the appearance of a 7-seat variant.
