As is known, the third-generation Renault Megane previously did not have a sedan — this niche was quite successfully filled by the Fluence model. One could, of course, argue that they are essentially the same thing, and I would agree with that, but the manufacturer positioned the Fluence as an independent model. Now the situation has changed, and everything has fallen into place: the sedan version of the Megane now bears the direct name — Sedan.
What is especially pleasing and will likely flatter owners is the obvious similarity of the new model to the flagship Talisman. And it's not just about the exterior — inside, there is also a kinship.
I will express my subjective opinion: in the sedan body, the car looks noticeably more solid and impressive. So much so that an ordinary person, not immersed in the details of the model range, might well classify it as premium. Yes, yes, I'm not joking — I have often heard this from people who were just looking for a car in this segment. It was these reviews that prompted me not just to conduct a test drive, but to evaluate the car from this angle. How close is the popular opinion to the truth?
In this test drive — our subjective, but striving for objectivity, opinion about the new Renault Megane in the sedan body.
