The AIS Auto Center in Dnipro has resumed accepting clients, but at a different address. Soon, similar centers in Odesa, Zaporizhzhia, and Poltava will also open at new locations.

At the same time, other AIS auto centers, including those in Kyiv (AIS Sviatoshyno and AIS Kyiv Dniprovskyi), operate as usual, without changes to their schedules.

The company emphasizes that despite difficulties in some cities, all obligations to clients are being fulfilled in full.

Regardless of the current situation, the AIS Group of Companies intends to continue operations in all cities where it is present, including launching new facilities — both dealerships and service stations. Up-to-date information about the resumption of center operations appears on the official website www.ais.ua.

The reason for the blocking of a number of facilities was litigation over credit debts between the AIS Group of Companies and PJSC Ukrsibbank, whose former owner was Oleksandr Yaroslavskyi, as well as the DCH Group of Companies, which is currently controlled by the same businessman. Earlier, AIS had already stated that debt restructuring had been completed with all banks except Ukrsibbank.

Negotiations on restructuring with Ukrsibbank were halted. Later, it turned out that the debt obligations were sold to the DCH Group of Companies at a discount of more than 90%, even though AIS had offered more favorable commercial repayment terms. As a result, Ukrsibbank shareholders suffered significant losses.

At DCH's initiative, procedural measures were launched, for which final court verdicts have not yet been issued, but within their framework, a number of facilities were seized. Until the proceedings are completed, these facilities were transferred to the management of the National Agency of Ukraine for Finding, Tracing and Management of Assets Derived from Corruption and Other Crimes (ARMA).

The AIS auto centers, showrooms, and service stations were built with own investments and have no relation to the privatization of state property or the takeover of other companies. Moreover, these facilities are in no way connected to assets obtained illegally — the return of such funds is declared as ARMA's mission.

The ARMA agency, contrary to its statutory goals, does not organize commercial activities at AIS facilities to replenish the state budget of Ukraine.

ARMA conducted a closed and opaque competition without public bidding, transferring asset management to the company LLC "ZhK Vozdvyzhenka", which is part of Oleksandr Yaroslavskyi's DCH, although this company has no experience in the automotive sector.

Currently, "ZhK Vozdvyzhenka" is obstructing access to AIS property at these facilities — trade and technological equipment, spare parts, furniture, computers, servers, office equipment, and other items that are not subject to seizure.

In connection with these unlawful actions, lawsuits and appeals to law enforcement agencies against ARMA and LLC "ZhK Vozdvyzhenka" have already been prepared.

Given all the above, the following conclusions suggest themselves:

1) Oleksandr Yaroslavskyi is using the current situation as a way to gain control over the assets of the AIS Group of Companies.

2) Ukrainian courts are once again acting in the interests of structures that systematically engage in the seizure of others' property.

3) The National Agency ARMA, created at the expense of taxpayers, instead of returning assets acquired through corruption under the previous government, is engaged in the confiscation of property of commercial companies.

We emphasize once again: the AIS Group of Companies continues to operate and fully fulfills its obligations to clients.

Information about new sales and service facilities is regularly updated on the website www.ais.ua.
