To speed up and simplify the ordering process, the first self-service kiosk was launched at the filling station complex in test mode. Now visitors can choose dishes and pay for them without wasting time waiting in line at the checkout.

A large display with a menu showing all dishes, their prices, and photos has been installed in the dining area. The guest scrolls through it like a tablet screen, and selected items are added to the cart. Once the order is fully assembled, it is immediately sent to the kitchen. It can be paid for right there via a bank terminal located next to the screen. The system also provides for the accrual of Fishka program bonuses for all purchased dishes. In addition, the option to pay in cash remains available — for this, you need to take a receipt from the self-service module and approach the checkout with it.

Mastering the new service is quite easy for visitors. Its interface, created by programmers of the OKKO network, is intuitive and simple. If questions arise, the hall administrator is always ready to help the guest. For those in a hurry, this ordering method helps save significant time and avoid going hungry on a long journey.

Already in the first days of the self-service module's operation, 5-7% of all orders in the restaurant were placed through it. According to forecasts, in the near future, as the popularity of the new feature grows, this figure could increase by 2-3 times. After evaluating the results of the pilot project at the A la minute restaurant, the OKKO network will consider the possibility of implementing such a service at its other locations.

Thus, the network of "delicious filling stations" continues to master new technological solutions at its gas stations. Recall that this spring, OKKO introduced an innovative service with "hot" display cases, where guests can choose from a wide range of ready-made warm dishes (from pancakes and burgers to sausages with potatoes and soups) without waiting for them to be prepared.
