In particular, Land Rover has filed a lawsuit against the Chinese company Jiangling Motor, known for the Jiangling Landwind X7 model.
The British brand claims that the design of the Landwind X7 was copied from the Range Rover Evoque, sales of which started on the local market a year ago.

In fact, this is a rare case when a global auto giant did not hesitate to go to court, because often international players, as a rule, do not sue Chinese companies, fearing to lose to them in Chinese courts.
It is worth noting that in the Chinese market, the clone Jiangling Landwind X7 costs almost three times cheaper than the genuine Range Rover Evoque.
