The new Dacia Jogger is the largest car of the Romanian brand. Its length is an impressive 4.55 m. However, it should be understood that the Jogger is not strictly a “seven-seater” – it also has a 5-seat configuration. The trunk volume varies from 207 liters (with all seats upright) to 1819 liters (with the rear seats folded down).

The Jogger's crossover nature is ensured by a substantial ground clearance of 200 mm – not counting the plastic protective body kit. At the same time, Dacia emphasized that the car's suspension is prepared for driving on bad roads and gravel. However, the car does not have all-wheel drive – only front-wheel drive.

The new Jogger has much in common with the third-generation Logan and Sandero. First, all three cars are built on the same platform – CMF-B with McPherson struts at the front and a torsion beam at the rear. Second, – which is a consequence of the common architecture – they have unified design. The new model differs only in a different rear end design. The same applies to the interior – for example, the base version has a standard phone holder, and the top version has multimedia with a large screen.

At the start of sales (from September), the Jogger will be available with a new 1.0-liter 3-cylinder turbo engine E CO-G 100 with 110 hp. This unit runs on both gasoline and gas, with a total range of 1000 km. In November this year, it will be joined by another engine – a three-cylinder TCe 110 with the same 1.0-liter displacement, and in 2023 the lineup will be supplemented by a (classic) hybrid unit – it will include a 1.6-liter naturally aspirated engine and two electric motors, as well as a 1.2 kWh battery. The total drive power will be 140 hp. Yes, the Jogger is the first hybrid in the history of the Dacia brand.

Dacia assured that the starting price of the Jogger (in Europe) will be less than 15,000 euros. True, this applies to the initial version, that is, the 5-seat one. Seven-seat modifications will cost a little more.
It is possible that in the future the Jogger will appear in Ukraine, but under the parent brand Renault.
