Depending on the version, the Hyundai Staria offers 7, 9 or 11-seat interior configurations. In the top trim, the van is equipped with a digital instrument cluster, an infotainment system with a 10.25-inch screen and improved seats (in the 9-seat Premium luxury version, the second-row seats can be rotated 180 degrees).

A characteristic feature of the Hyundai Staria is its rather futuristic look for a van. It has a very low beltline, large side windows, horizontal LED daytime running lights that span the full width of the car, and headlights located at bumper level. At the rear, there are large vertical taillights that are very similar in structure to the optics of the acclaimed electric crossover Hyundai Ioniq 5.

At the moment, it is known that the engine range of the Hyundai Staria will include a 3.5-liter V6 gasoline engine (likely with 272 hp and 332 Nm of torque, with an 8-speed automatic transmission) and possibly one of the diesels – either a 2.2 with 201 hp and 440 Nm, or a 2.0 producing 186 hp and 416 Nm.

The Hyundai Staria will come standard with front-wheel drive, and a 4x4 version may also appear.

More detailed information about the "Korean Transporter" will appear later. Official sales of the new model will begin at the end of this year.
