As expected, the production car generally turned out to be similar to the concept car of the same name, presented last summer. The photos show large wheels, blue brake calipers, rectangular exhaust tips, and an aggressive body kit.

As for the interior, the BMW Z4 will get a completely new fully digital instrument cluster, a touchscreen display of the multimedia system integrated into the center console, as well as a wireless charging station for mobile gadgets.
The BMW Z4 roadster will share its chassis with a new Toyota sports car, for which the Supra name will be revived. German and Japanese engineers have been jointly developing the platform for the sports car since 2014.

The engine lineup will include an inline three-liter turbocharged six-cylinder, whose output will vary from 350 to 390 horsepower depending on the market and modification. In addition, a two-liter turbocharged four-cylinder with power ranging from 200 to about 300 horsepower will be available.
