Few people have heard about the LuAZ tractor, which is not surprising – only three such machines were produced. This happened in the late 1990s: at that time, the Lutsk Automobile Plant was going through hard times, and since Ukraine is an agricultural country, the enterprise tried to enter the agricultural machinery market. However, the project essentially remained experimental.

The LuAZ mini-tractors were named TMK-30. They had different designs and even different engines, but they were based on the same vehicle, the well-known SUV LuAZ-968/LuAZ-1302 Volyn. Specifically, this example is equipped with a gasoline engine – a 40-horsepower MeMZ with air cooling. Also, as befits machinery of this kind, it has a gearbox with a low range, wheel reducers, and an additional "angular" reducer – the latter is needed not only to lower or raise the RPM but also to turn the shafts by 90 degrees.

As the seller notes, the tractor is in good condition, it was actively used for its intended purpose almost all the time, but has been sitting idle in a garage for the last couple of years. Included with the tractor are a two-bottom plow, a harrow, and other agricultural equipment for field cultivation.

The tractor is located in Lutsk. You can view the listing itself here.

By the way, in 2018, a video appeared on YouTube showing another TMK-30 tractor – with a Lombardini diesel engine (see the video below). But whether the third machine has survived is unknown.
