The coupe was prepared in accordance with the requirements of endurance racing, which allows it to participate, among other things, in the "24 Hours of Nürburgring" marathon. Compared to the standard Clubsport version, the Cayman in Manthey trim differs with a lightweight aerodynamic body kit. The coupe was also equipped with a carbon hood and doors, a polycarbonate windshield, a lighter battery, and adjustable suspension. The curb weight of the car was reduced by 40 kilograms. However, due to the requirements of the GT4 class, the final weight of the coupe was 1290 kilograms — 10 kilograms less than the production model.

The powertrain remained almost unchanged: the 3.8-liter naturally aspirated engine still develops 385 horsepower. The transmission is a six-speed robotic PDK gearbox. Dynamic performance figures are not disclosed. The regular Cayman GT4, not in the Clubsport version, accelerates to 100 km/h in 4.4 seconds, and its top speed is 295 kilometers per hour.
