The “newly minted” N-31 Dnipro-Reshetylivka road is called the first Ukrainian autobahn. It is made of concrete and meets the first category with 4 lanes. The purpose of the racing cars' run was to test the quality of the new construction.

Five Formula-3 class racing cars “Estonia” (taken from the Dnipro museum “Time Machine”) started, capable of accelerating up to 250 km/h. The cars drove along a 15 km section, making three laps on the new road.

As a result, according to Ukravtodor, the test drive showed the impeccable reliability of the road surface.

It should be noted that the N-31 highway passes through the Dnipropetrovsk (section length – 58 km) and Poltava (80 km) regions. In the Dnipropetrovsk region, asphalt concrete is used in construction, and in the Poltava region – cement concrete.
