This was reported in a video address by the Vice Mayor of Odesa, Dmytro Zhemann. He did not disclose the addresses of all cameras, but still reported the location of some of them:
- Fontanska Road;
- Mykolaivska Road;
- Lustdorfska Road;
- Shevchenko Avenue;
- Richelievska Street and a number of other streets in the center of Odesa.
In total, in 2021, they plan to install as many as 220 auto-fixation cameras. Most of them will appear on state highways.
Recall that currently 48 automatic photo and video fixation cameras are operating in Kyiv, as well as in Kyiv and Lviv regions.
However, the Patrol Police of Ukraine relies not only on the auto-fixation system. Recently, the number of crews with TruCam radars has been increased on the roads, and so-called phantom patrols are also being introduced.
