The practical modification has been named Citroen My Ami Cargo. In fact, instead of the passenger seat (that is, only one, the driver's seat, remains), a modular cargo box with a volume of 260 liters and a load capacity of 140 kg has been installed. Plus, the car has a rear trunk, so the total useful volume of cargo space is a solid 400 liters. Also, the Ami Cargo can carry items up to 120 cm long.
Otherwise, the "little truck" repeats the regular version: its length is 2.41 m, and its weight is only 485 kg. The car is equipped with a modest 6-kilowatt/8-horsepower electric motor and a 5.5 kWh lithium-ion battery. The range on a single charge is 75 km, and the maximum speed is 45 km/h.
Obviously, such a Citroen is aimed at couriers who rarely leave the city. In France, sales of the Citroen My Ami Cargo will begin in June, with the price of the electric car at 6,490 euros, which is 400 euros more than the passenger version. However, the new model can also be rented (a deposit of 2,508 euros plus a monthly payment of 24.18 euros).
