Toll roads in Ukraine will be built under concession agreements for 20-30 years. However, ordinary motorists will not pay for them – the costs will be borne by the state.

According to Vladyslav Kryklii, the expected amount of initial investments for each road is about 200-350 million euros. If the investor does not maintain the road in accordance with the established standards, the payment will be reduced by the amount of fines, as specified in the contract.
