The cars were stored in an abandoned warehouse in the north of London. In total, 174 vehicles were counted, all dating back to the last century. Most of them are classic models, including rare Mercedes, BMW, and Volkswagen cars.

Of particular interest are, perhaps, a 1973 Porsche 911, a 1971 Mercedes-Benz 220, a Mercedes-Benz Ponton from the 1960s, several Mercedes-Benz SLs, and a BMW 2002. But there are also popular models like the Volkswagen T1, T2, and T3, the Volkswagen Kafer (also known as the Beetle), a Mercedes-Benz W123 station wagon, and others.

The cars have been in the warehouse for quite a long time – it is known that they have not seen the road since at least 2016. In addition, a thick layer of dust indicates a long period of inactivity. Unfortunately, some of them show signs of corrosion, while others are missing components.

However, very soon the cars will find new owners – they will be put up for auction next week. A preliminary viewing of the abandoned retro vehicles has already taken place, attended by YouTube blogger TheTFJJ, who filmed a report about the find.

Recall that earlier AvtoPortal wrote that a barn with several abandoned Range Rovers was discovered in the Netherlands.
