Traditionally, the moose test is conducted by the Spanish publication km77. Let us remind you that this test simulates avoiding an obstacle that suddenly appears on the road. It was invented by Scandinavians, because in northern countries moose and deer very often run out onto the road.

An excellent result in the moose test is considered to be a speed of 77 km/h. The new Sandero Stepway showed 73 km/h, although you need to make an allowance that this is still a version with increased ground clearance.

However, many modern cars show worse results – for example, the Volkswagen Golf performed the maneuver at 69 km/h. And the previous Sandero Stepway failed the test at 72 km/h.

By the way, crash test data for the Logan and Sandero were also recently published, and the results were not very successful.
