The Japanese website Spyder 7 has revealed details about the new Mitsubishi e-Evolution (which is exactly what the electric car will be called). The electric vehicle will visually replicate the namesake 2017 concept car, although differences are expected – for instance, the suicide doors will be dropped. Inside, a huge multimedia touchscreen is promised.

Most likely, the Mitsubishi electric car will be built on the CMF-EV platform, which is already used by the Nissan Ariya crossover (Mitsubishi, as is known, is part of the Renault-Nissan alliance).
This means that versions with a single motor producing 217 and 242 hp, and dual motors (279, 306, and 394 hp) will likely be offered. The driving range will be from 350 to 500 km, depending on the battery type.
By the way, this is not the first famous Mitsubishi model to be revived recently. Earlier, the Mitsubishi Eclipse returned and it also became a crossover.
