The new Bronco is built on the T6 platform from the Ranger pickup. The model's appearance echoes the design of the classic 60s Bronco.

The body-on-frame SUV boasts solid front and rear axles, as well as a removable roof and doors. The model's ground clearance is an impressive 294 mm. The wading depth is 85 cm. The new Bronco is equipped with an independent front suspension, off-road cruise control, and two types of transfer cases to choose from.

In the interior, you can also notice touches of "classic" style, into which a 12-inch SYNC4 media center screen with over-the-air update capability is integrated.

The Bronco's engine lineup includes two EcoBoost turbo engines: a four-cylinder 2.3L (270 hp, 420 Nm) and a 2.7-liter V6 (310 hp, 542 Nm). The engines are paired with a 7-speed manual or a 10-speed automatic transmission.

Sales of the new Ford Bronco will start only next spring, but pre-orders are already being accepted. The SUV's price starts at $28,500. The revived Bronco will be produced at a plant in Michigan.
