The second-generation Venza now looks like a full-fledged crossover. The new model is built on the modular GA-K (TNGA) platform, which also underpins the Camry and RAV4. The new Venza is 60 mm shorter than its predecessor (4740 mm), but slightly taller - 1675 mm (+65).

The crossover is currently intended only for the US market and is offered exclusively in an all-wheel-drive hybrid version with a 2.5-liter gasoline engine and an electric motor, which together produce 222 hp.
The list of options for the new Toyota Venza includes a Star Gaze panoramic roof, a media center with a 12.3-inch touchscreen central display, two variants of the digital instrument cluster, a JBL audio system, and a head-up display.

The standard equipment list includes the Toyota Safety Sense (TSS 2.0) safety suite, adaptive cruise control, and road sign recognition. In addition, the Venza boasts a digital rearview mirror.
Sales of the new Toyota Venza in the US will start in the summer, and a little later the model will also appear on the Chinese market.
