For the European version of the Compass, a 1.3 petrol turbo engine has become available in two power variants: 130 and 150 hp. In addition, a 7-speed robot with two dry clutches has become available for the crossover.
Instead of the usual all-wheel drive with a clutch, the European versions use a 4xe hybrid system with an electric motor on the rear axle. This modification is offered exclusively with the 1.3 engine. Variants with a 1.6-liter diesel engine producing 120 hp are available only with front-wheel drive and a manual transmission.
Inside, the "Italian" Compass can be distinguished by an improved media center with Iconnect services, navigation, and Wi-Fi hotspot. The crossover also features retuned steering and stiffer FSD shock absorbers.
