The T8 Twin-Engine system includes a two-liter engine with a turbocharger and a supercharger, a 65-kilowatt electric motor, a specially tuned control unit, and a sport exhaust system. A similar layout is used on the top version of the new-generation S60 sedan.
The total output of the powertrain is 420 hp and 670 Nm of torque, allowing the wagon and crossover from Polestar to accelerate to 100 km/h in less than five seconds.
