The Cupra e-Racer is built on the basis of the Leon hatchback, but has rear-wheel drive. It is quite obvious that the electric car was created for the PR campaign of the recently presented Cupra brand.

The role of rear-view mirrors is performed by cameras, the image from which is displayed on a screen that replaces the instrument panel, and the driver's steering wheel was clearly made with an eye on Formula-1 racing cars.

The Cupra e-Racer is driven by four electric motors, with a total nominal power of 408 hp (300 kW), and the declared peak power is 680 hp (500 kW).
The dynamic characteristics, as well as the specific body series in which the electric vehicle will compete, have not yet been disclosed by the manufacturer.
