At first glance, the car is almost no different from its predecessor. As our acquaintance showed, there are few visual changes. Among them are a different radiator grille and a similar part on the bumper, and at the rear there is a chrome trim around the license plate with a more noticeable DUSTER inscription.

However, upon closer inspection, many more updates are revealed — both obvious and subtle. The interior has changed significantly: a new dashboard, instrument panel, redesigned power window control unit, and a double-DIN CD receiver. For an additional fee, it can be replaced with a multimedia system with navigation. Under the hood, there is an enlarged washer fluid reservoir, and all informational stickers are duplicated in Russian. Instead of a metal prop, the hood is now held by a gas strut.

Renault claims that the domestically assembled Duster is superior to the Romanian version, as it is adapted to local operating conditions.
