The annual reliability rating is determined based on the number of recorded problems per 100 vehicles of a particular brand (the so-called PP100 indicator, i.e., problems per 100 vehicles).
In 2022, the average reliability level was 180 malfunctions per 100 cars — this is the worst result in the last 36 years. It is from this mark that one should start to understand how manufacturers' places were distributed in the overall list.
