According to Serhiy Kuyun, head of the consulting company A-95, at the current dollar exchange rate of 8.8 hryvnias, one can expect that fuel prices will rise gradually — by about 50 kopecks per liter.
A restraining factor for such growth is the rather weak demand for fuel, which is explained by the so-called "dead season."
