The new model is positioned as a direct competitor to the popular models on developing markets, Renault Duster and Ford EcoSport. At the same time, the Chevrolet Adra is inferior to them in dimensions: the length of the car does not exceed 4 meters, while for rivals this parameter is 4.24 and 4.31 meters, respectively.

Despite its modest size, the Adra retains all the key features of a crossover: increased ground clearance, a tall body, and a spacious interior.

Under the hood of the concept is a 1.3-liter diesel engine producing 78 hp. This engine is already familiar from the Chevrolet Sail models and the Enjoy compact MPV.

Recall that the Chevrolet Niva received an engine developed jointly with Peugeot/Citroen.
