When a car exiting from a secondary road becomes an obstacle on the right
Kyiv, Glushkova Avenue, Odesa Bridge. I am driving on the main road (Glushkova Avenue) and need to change lanes to the right lane. At this moment, a car exits from a secondary road. At what point does it become an obstacle on the right for me? Do I need to yield?

In this situation, you should rely on clause 10.4 of the Traffic Rules, which states: "Before performing any maneuver, including a right turn, the driver must take the appropriate extreme position on the roadway in advance." In this case, when you turn from the main road onto a secondary road, your priority is maintained. The car in the adjacent lane will become an obstacle on the right for you only when you are driving in the second lane on a section of the road where there are no junctions with secondary roads or priority signs. Then you will have to yield.
When a car entering from a secondary road becomes an obstacle on the right (continued)
Kyiv, Glushkova Avenue, Odesa Bridge. I am driving along Glushkova Avenue towards the center of Kyiv. Before the bridge, a car (for example, a "Tavria" in the photo) exits from a secondary road onto the main road. I need to turn right onto the bridge, which requires changing lanes to the lane that this car has just entered. Who should yield?

Based on the location of the cars in the photo and the absence of marking 1.8, which indicates an acceleration lane, the "Tavria" is in equal conditions with you — both vehicles are already on the main road. Therefore, clause 10.3 of the Traffic Rules applies: "When changing lanes, the driver must yield to vehicles moving in the same direction in the lane into which he intends to change. During simultaneous lane changes of vehicles moving in the same direction, the driver on the left must yield to the vehicle on the right."
In this case, you must yield to the "Tavria" regardless of its trajectory.
When two lanes merge into one
Kyiv, Sklyarenko Street. The roadway narrows: from three lanes it becomes two due to the merging of two lanes into one. There are no narrowing signs. Who has priority during mutual lane changes? The one on the right?
I was driving in the middle lane and did not let the "hasty" driver on the right pass, resulting in a scratched mirror. Before that, I let a car on the right pass, deciding that we were driving in a zipper pattern.

The situation is not simple, so let's consider it from different angles.
1. Logically, before such a narrowing, there should be a sign 5.21.1 (end of additional lane). If it is present, drivers moving in the far right lane must yield to those driving in the middle lane. This is specified in clause 10.3: "When changing lanes, the driver must yield to vehicles moving in the same direction in the lane into which he intends to change." To resolve the issue of installing sign 5.21.1, you need to contact the traffic police department of the Obolon district of Kyiv (at the moment the sign is already installed).
2. If there is no road sign, then, considering the Law of Ukraine "On Road Traffic" (according to which we have right-hand traffic), one should be guided by the "Convention on Road Traffic" adopted by the Verkhovna Rada. According to it, priority is given to the vehicle moving near the right edge of the roadway.
When secondary and main roads do not intersect
Kyiv. Entrance from Dnipropetrovske Highway to Zabolotnoho Street. Please clarify the situation with priority signs: when entering Kyiv from the direction of Obukhiv (through the village of Pidhirtsi), behind the car market, two lanes go to the bridge, while on both sides of the road there are "Yield" signs.

1. Who has the main road? In the second photo, it is visible that the sign installed on the left is even closer to the left road. So which driver has priority? If one of the signs is installed incorrectly, should drivers be guided by the "obstacle on the right" rule?

2. Suppose that Zabolotnoho Street (the road on the left) is the main road. The left lane of the secondary road (the road on the right), marked in blue in photo No. 4, intersects with the flow going along Zabolotnoho Street (marked in yellow), and here everything is clear — you need to yield. But the right lane of the secondary road (green) does not intersect (this is visible in photo No. 3)! It turns out that part of the road (opposite the Ramada Encore hotel) is three-lane. In this case, who should the driver moving in the right lane of the secondary road yield to? After all, although the "Yield" sign is there, there is no intersection of lanes.

Do I need to yield to a car that changes into this third (green) lane from Zabolotnoho Street (yellow lane)?

1. Article 4 of the Convention on Road Traffic prescribes installing road signs so that they can be easily and timely recognized by drivers for whom they are intended. Any sign installed on the side of the road corresponding to the direction of travel must be duplicated above the roadway or on the opposite side of the road if local conditions are such that drivers may not notice it in time.
DSTU 4100.2002 clarifies that on roads with two or more lanes for traffic in one direction, signs may be duplicated. Repeated signs are placed on the median strip, and if there is none, on the left side of the road. In this case, the "Yield" sign is on the right, and a duplicate sign is installed on the left, and its requirements are mandatory. Therefore, priority is given to cars moving along Zabolotnoho Street.
2. According to clause 16.11 of the Traffic Rules of Ukraine, at an intersection of unequal roads, a driver moving on a secondary road must yield to all vehicles moving on the main road, regardless of the direction of their further movement. According to clause 1.10 of the Traffic Rules of Ukraine, an intersection is a place of crossing, junction, or branching of roads at the same level.
Based on this, even if the lanes do not intersect, you are still obliged to yield to cars moving along Zabolotnoho Street, since they may change lanes to this right lane (green in the last photo of the question).
Safe maneuver when changing lanes from one lane to another
Kyiv, Lybidska metro area. How to safely exit from Horkoho Street onto Druzhby Narodiv Boulevard, heading towards the central bus station?
Driving in the right lane, I need to change to the left lane, onto the bridge, towards Holosiivska Square. Visibility in the side mirror is insufficient. Traffic descending from the bridge along Druzhby Narodiv Boulevard is moving at high speed and does not yield to me as an obstacle on the right. How to drive safely here?

Traffic moving along Druzhby Narodiv Boulevard is not obliged to yield to you, since you are performing a lane change, and they are driving in their lane.
Clause 10.3 of the Traffic Rules of Ukraine states: when changing lanes, the driver must yield to vehicles moving in the same direction in the lane into which he intends to change. And even when priority signs are no longer in effect, you, while performing a lane change, must yield to those drivers who are moving in the lane into which you are going to change.
To safely pass this section, you need to make sure that your maneuver will not create obstacles and will not be dangerous for other road users whose trajectory you cross when changing lanes.
