In 2020, 28.1 thousand re-registrations of cars with LPG were recorded. This is approximately four times less than in 2019. The reason has been known for a long time – a sharp increase in the cost of this procedure. If previously LPG registration cost about 500-600 hryvnias, then since last year it has been about 3000 UAH.

Most often, gas cylinder equipment is installed on Daewoo Lanos and Sens – last year 21,606 cars were converted. In second place is VAZ-2109/99 (8,454 cars), and in third – Skoda Octavia (7,169).
