The mass sale of car dealerships began with Crimea, later joined by the Donetsk and Luhansk regions. And now it's time for the rest of Ukrainian cities. For the most part, these are dealerships that are exclusively engaged in car sales and are not part of large networks.

The problems are related to the decline of the automotive market. Record sales of new cars were recorded in 2008, when 662 thousand cars were sold. Based on market volumes, dealers expanded their networks. But by the beginning of 2013, sales collapsed more than threefold — to 205 thousand units. This year, the figure could even be around 100 thousand cars.

In addition, the unbearable credit burden also contributes. It's no secret that most new projects were financed through loans. But the situation in the country has made adjustments, and payment schedules are seriously disrupted. Even the banks' loyal attitude towards clients does not always help. They meet halfway, revising contractual obligations and allowing payment deferrals. But with a sagging market and lack of sales, this doesn't help much...
