The Jeep Grand Cherokee Trackhawk in the HPE1000 version from Hennessey has hardly changed externally — the only difference is the branded emblems.
The main modifications are under the hood. The naturally aspirated V8 6.2 Hellcat, which produces 717 horsepower in the standard version, after the intervention of Hennessey specialists began to develop 1026 hp, and torque increased from 875 Nm to an impressive 1314 Nm.
Thanks to these changes, the acceleration of the almost three-ton SUV to 100 km/h was reduced to 2.7 seconds, which is 0.8 seconds faster than the original figure. The top speed has not been disclosed, but it will certainly exceed 300 km/h, while for the production version this figure is 290 km/h.
The price for the HPE1000 tuning package for the Jeep Grand Cherokee Trackhawk from Hennessey has not yet been announced.
