Yes, as reported by the Deputy Minister of Infrastructure for European Integration, Anna Yurchenko, in response to a request from the suspilne.media publication, a kilometer of travel on toll roads will cost from 0.023 to 0.133 euros (the exact amount will depend on the vehicle category).
In particular, the ministry stated the following: "Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated December 23, 2020 No. 1312 approved the maximum fee for a one-time passage on a public road built under a concession agreement, which, depending on the vehicle category, ranges from 0.023 euros per kilometer to 0.133 euros per kilometer."

The representative of the Ministry of Infrastructure emphasized that toll roads are one of the state's priority projects until 2023. The government plans to implement them together with private investors. In total, six toll roads are planned to be opened:
- M-29 / M-04 / M-18 – Kharkiv-Dnipro-Zaporizhzhia;
- M-03 – Boryspil-Poltava;
- M-14 – Kherson-Mykolaiv;
- M-06 – Kyiv-Zhytomyr-Rivne;
- M-08 / M-19 – Yahodyn-Kovel-Lutsk;
- M-04 / H-11 – Dnipro-Kryvyi Rih-Mykolaiv.
These routes should connect 10 regions of Ukraine. Their total length will be about 1,500 km. Before the roads become toll roads, they will undergo routine and major repairs, as well as reconstruction.
