The document states that economically justified parking tariffs will be established in Kyiv. In particular, for passenger cars in the first zone (the city center), the hourly parking cost will increase from 10 to 35 hryvnias, and in the second zone – from 7 to 25 hryvnias.
So, prices will increase by 3.5 times at once. Only the tariff in the third zone, i.e., on the outskirts of Kyiv, remains unchanged – 5 UAH/hour.
Parking for trucks will cost 10 UAH/hour in zone III and 52 UAH/hour in zone II. If it is a road train, it will be 30 and 152 hryvnias per hour, respectively. In the first zone, their parking is prohibited.
Parking tariffs for buses will increase to 23 hryvnias per hour in zone III, 114 UAH/hour in zone II, and as much as 159 hryvnias per hour in zone I. Let us remind you that for unpaid parking, a fine of 20 times the cost of an hour is provided.
