In the tender procedure, in addition to the winning company, the Ternopil LLC "Techno-Stroy-Center" and the Kyiv LLC "Altis-Spetsstroy" participated. The price difference between the most expensive and the cheapest options reached UAH 1,200,000.
The company "Avtomagistral-Yug" was founded by Valery Korotkov and Oleg Nalivny, who are from the Odesa region. Since 2015, this company has concluded contracts for work in the Lviv region totaling UAH 685,240,000, including the contract mentioned above.
The agreement signed by the enterprise in early August of this year with the road service provides for the repair of a section of the "Lviv-Pustomyty-Medenychi" highway worth UAH 79,240,000.
