A mannequin in a black cloak appeared on the initiative of the local traffic police. Its task is to attract the attention of drivers so that they follow traffic rules and the speed limit.
The traffic police will install such a figure of death with a scythe on accident-prone sections of roads. The way to influence the minds of road users is truly unusual. It is hard not to notice such an innovation.
But the most interesting thing is that the appearance of "death" on the roads of Belarus is not the first time. Even at the beginning of the year, the traffic police of the city of Lida had already installed the same mannequin. The figure in a black shroud with a scythe held in one hand a speed limit sign of 150 km/h and a sign with the inscription: "Speedster, I'm waiting for you."
