One of the main tasks of the traffic police leadership, according to Sirenko, is to improve the capacity of the capital's streets. To this end, it is proposed to allow parking of vehicles on streets only along sidewalks, in one lane.
"We must categorically prohibit "herringbone" parking, which clutters the roadway," said the new head of the State Automobile Inspectorate.
The corresponding appeal to drivers, as well as to owners of organizations whose parking lots are located on the roadway, was posted on the website of the State Automobile Inspectorate department.
Recall that the director of the Department of Transport Infrastructure of the Kyiv City State Administration stated that Kyiv minibuses will be reduced.
