According to them, cars not registered to any owner, by agreement with the police, are used for "operational duties". All cars are distributed among the hundreds, and are used for patrolling and maintaining law and order in Kyiv and the Kyiv region.
As assured by representatives of the self-defense, the cars will be sent to the UMVD parking lot upon first request.
