Instead of barricades, the Maidan protesters use a mobile barrier; on the side of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the road is blocked by 30 special forces soldiers, and a bit higher there are two water cannons based on KAMAZ trucks, two armored personnel carriers, and buses with Internal Troops soldiers. According to previously reached agreements, Hrushevskoho Street and the Kyiv City State Administration building should be freed.
The gates and the main barricade are located right after the turn onto Parkova Alley
Near the entrance to the Dynamo Stadium, protesters installed iron gates and set up a checkpoint. Currently, municipal workers are waiting for the street to be completely unblocked to continue cleaning the roadway. According to their information, 100 garbage trucks have already been taken out.
Also blocked are the streets: Sadova and Shovkovychna, while Hrushevskoho is blocked from the side of European Square and at the intersection with Fortress Lane.
At the moment, pedestrian traffic on Hrushevskoho Street has been partially restored. On the side of the protesters, a 3-meter passage has been made for movement towards the Cabinet of Ministers and the Verkhovna Rada, and law enforcement officers claim that they let everyone through who does not have sticks, helmets, etc.
