On a number of roads, traffic is being banned or restricted. Here is a list of sections where this has happened:

Volyn Oblast
Restrictions apply to the T-03-05 Novovolynsk – Berezivka – Pavlivka – Lokachi route. The problem section is from the 24th to the 42nd kilometer, namely the stretch from the village of Pavlivka in Ivanychi district to the urban-type settlement of Lokachi in Lokachi district. Traffic is also difficult on local roads in Volodymyr-Volynskyi, Horokhiv, Ivanychi, Lokachi, Rozhyshche, and Turiisk districts.

Donetsk Oblast
Here, traffic is banned or partially restricted on several routes:
— T-05-23 "from /N-20/ – Kremenivka – Yalta": from the 0th to the 62nd kilometer (Volodarske and Pershotravnevyi districts, from the junction with road N-20 to the settlement of Yalta);
— T-05-08 "Donetsk – Novoazovsk – Sedove": from the 13th to the 127th kilometer (Starobesheve, Telmanove, and Novoazovsk districts, from the border of Donetsk to the settlement of Sedove);
— T-08-03 "Zaporizhzhia – Mariupol": from the 177th to the 207th kilometer (Volodarske and Pershotravnevyi districts, from the border of Zaporizhzhia Oblast to the settlement of Volodarske).

Zaporizhzhia Oblast
Two roads are completely closed to traffic:
— T-08-15 Orikhiv – Polohy – Kinski Rozdory – Andriivka – Novovasylivka – Berdiansk: the section from the 45th to the 130th kilometer (Polohy, Kuibysheve, and Berdiansk districts);
— T-08-19 Kuibysheve – Kamyš-Zaria – to M-14: from the 10th to the 51st kilometer (Kuibysheve and Berdiansk districts).

Ivano-Frankivsk Oblast
Traffic is closed on the following routes:
— R-20 Chernivtsi – Tiaziv: from the 0th to the 79th kilometer (from Chernivtsi through Horodenka, the villages of Nezvisko, Ozeriany, and Klubivtsi);
— R-24 Tatariv – Kamianets-Podilskyi: from the 141st to the 172nd kilometer (the villages of Soroky, Verbivtsi, Cherniatyn, Horodenka, Kotykivka) to the border with Ternopil Oblast.

Mykolaiv Oblast
The road T-1510 R-06 – Arbuzynka – Yelanets – Nova Odesa is closed: the section from the 72nd to the 113th kilometer, passing through Yelanets and Nova Odesa districts.

Khmelnytskyi Oblast
Passage is closed on the T-23-12 Husiatyn – Horodok route: from the 8th to the 15th kilometer.

Chernivtsi Oblast
Traffic is restricted on the T-2602 Chernivtsi – Zastavna – /M-19/ road: the section from the 6th to the 14th kilometer, from Chernivtsi to the village of Vaslovivtsi in Zastavna district. In addition, there is no access at all to the villages of Shubranets, Zadubrivka, and Vaslovivtsi in the same district.

Representatives of the State Automobile Inspectorate of Ukraine and Ukravtodor urge drivers to refrain from traveling in personal cars whenever possible and to regularly monitor fresh reports in the mass media.
