Before the official debut, the first photos of the next-generation Subaru Legacy have leaked online. The exterior is styled in the spirit of the new Subaru WRX: the main accents are the headlights and the hexagonal grille.
The silhouette of the car can be described as a "four-door coupe." The stampings on the sides of the body and the massive front bumper add sportiness to the new model's appearance.
By the way, the car's dimensions have increased: the wheelbase has become 130 mm longer. As a result, the length reaches 4930 mm, the width — 1940 mm, and the height — 1500 mm. The manufacturer is still silent about the powertrains for the new model, but the drive will remain the same — symmetrical all-wheel drive S-AWD.
The current version of the Legacy is offered at dealers with a 2.5-liter engine: the naturally aspirated modification produces 167 hp, and the turbocharged one — 265 hp. The first option is paired with a CVT, the second — with a traditional automatic transmission.
The starting price of the current-generation Subaru Legacy in Kyiv showrooms is 259.8 thousand UAH.
