Of course, this is not an original Ferrari F40, but a copy. The replica is based on an affordable coupe with a mid-engine layout — a Pontiac Fiero, produced in 1991.

The body panels are made of fiberglass and quite accurately reproduce the appearance of the real F40. However, some elements, such as door handles, reveal the true origin of the car.

The interior of the Pontiac Fiero remains almost stock. The only change is the installed steering wheel with a Ferrari emblem. But here there is air conditioning and an audio system, which the real F40 did not have, because it was positioned as a racing car.

Under the hood behind the seats, a 6.3-liter V8 from Chevrolet is placed, which works in tandem with a five-speed manual gearbox. This Ferrari imitation was assembled in 2006 and has since covered just over 900 kilometers.
