According to Ukrautoprom, in the last month alone (November), the number of electric cars in Ukraine increased by almost 1,000, which is 76% higher than the figures for the same period last year.

Although there is an opinion that the vast majority of Ukrainians buy used electric cars from Europe and the USA, in fact, the share of new cars is growing. Compared to 2020, in the outgoing year, sales of electric cars without mileage have noticeably increased – their share grew by 18%, while last year this figure was 10 percent.

What remains unchanged is the most popular electric model. As before, it is the Nissan Leaf. In second place, according to November results, is the Tesla Model 3. The top three is rounded out by the Chevrolet Bolt – 46 cars.

When it comes to commercial electric vehicles, the most popular "electric" in this segment is the Renault Kangoo Z.E. (16% of sales compared to 2020).
