“We continue to turn OKKO into a service hub — a place where customers have access to a variety of services at any time. The ‘Cash at the Counter’ service is essentially a mini-ATM operating at every gas station around the clock. With such network coverage, it is convenient and safe,” comments Vasyl Dmytryv, Marketing Director of OKKO.
To get money, a customer needs to make a purchase of any amount and pay by card, having previously informed the cashier about the cash withdrawal. For one transaction at OKKO gas stations, you can get a maximum of 500 UAH, but you can use the service several times in a row. After the transaction, the cashier prints two receipts: one for the purchase, the second for the cash withdrawal.
“The ‘Cash at the Counter’ service eliminates the need to stock up on money in advance — now you can withdraw it right during your purchase in a convenient place. This expands the capabilities of cardholders and transfers part of banking functions to the counter. We thank OKKO for cooperation and will continue to work to make this service available to as many Ukrainians as possible,” says Valerii Novykov, Director of Commerce Development at Mastercard in Ukraine.
Recall that four years ago, as part of the OKKO and Mastercard partnership, the OKKO PAY system was launched. Now at gas stations across the country, you can pay for fuel without entering the store, as well as buy coffee, windshield washer fluid, and about a hundred other items from the cafe and sales floor.
OKKO is also expanding the range of services at its gas stations. Together with partner EasyPay, payment terminals for internet, telephony, and other services have been installed at all network gas stations, and at 340 complexes, Meest Express parcel lockers and mini-branches operate.
