“Such an unusual event - Solidarity Day - has been held in our company for the tenth year in a row. For one day, we leave our office work, undergo a briefing, put on vests, and go to refuel our customers. This noticeably brings us closer not only to colleagues but also to customers. They often ask what is happening, and when we tell them that we have such a tradition, we receive a lot of compliments. In a certain sense, it energizes us,” said Yaroslava Polyakova, head of the corporate communications department of the OKKO network.

“I refuel at this gas station, on the Big Ring Road, every week and already know almost all the staff. But today I was very surprised to see many new faces - I asked and learned about the OKKO event. I think it's a very good idea when colleagues from different departments can see the whole process from different angles,” shared his impressions driver Volodymyr from Kyiv.

Solidarity Day at OKKO is traditionally held within the framework of the corporate culture week, where each day is dedicated to one of the company's values - “OKKO is people,” “We believe in the power of ideas,” “We believe in the power of good mood,” “We always strive for more.” All company employees participate in the corporate culture week. Each day and value corresponds to thematic events, during which colleagues “refuel” with a good mood, participate in meetings with people who have achieved significant success in life; actions, competitions between departments, and do everything to ensure that more good ideas are implemented at OKKO and in Ukraine as a whole.
