Earlier, the AIS Group of Companies already reported that LLC "ZhK Vozdvizhenka", part of the DCH structure, blocked the operation of a number of AIS car centers in Kyiv, Odesa, Dnipro, Zaporizhzhia, Poltava, and Chernihiv. As part of court proceedings, the real estate of these facilities was seized, after which the National Agency ARMA, without holding tenders, transferred it to the management of "ZhK Vozdvizhenka". At the same time, the company does not conduct any work at these sites and obstructs access to AIS property that was not subject to seizure.

In response to these actions, AIS employees prepared official appeals to the National Police and ARMA, but so far there has been no response or any reaction to them.

Due to inaction and arbitrariness on the part of ARMA and DCH, warning protests by AIS car center workers took place near the central offices of both organizations.

The participants of the actions put forward the following demands:

  • Immediately cancel the contracts between "ZhK Vozdvizhenka" and ARMA on the management of car center real estate and announce a fair open competition for property management during the investigation and court proceedings.
  • Intervene in the situation with the illegal blocking of car centers and restore their full operation.
  • Ensure immediate access from "ZhK Vozdvizhenka" to property that is not under seizure.
  • Prohibit companies related to or part of DCH from participating in the tender for the management of this real estate.

Representatives of DCH did not dare to come out to the protesters and locked themselves in the office. ARMA, in turn, promised to consider the demands, and the AIS Group of Companies promised to publicly report the results.

If attempts to block AIS operations continue, the protests will intensify and become more widespread — several thousand company employees from different regions of the country may join them.

As before, the AIS Group of Companies states: despite pressure from ARMA and DCH, it continues to fulfill all its obligations to customers and does not abandon plans to open new facilities.
