This is exactly the motto of the Ukrainian project CarBook, which started its work in Ukraine in 2016. This platform brought together over 2,500 car services across the country on one site and offered drivers the opportunity to book any car maintenance services online.
What is useful for drivers
The main advantage of the service was solving the eternal problem of car owners — where to go for repairs or maintenance. Many drivers whose warranty has expired, or those who need scheduled maintenance, are looking for an alternative to official dealers. The CarBook station database helps not only find a suitable car service and book online, but also save on maintenance. When booking through the portal, customers receive discounts on work up to 30%, as well as preferential prices for spare parts and even fuel.
New opportunities from CarBook
- simple search for suitable stations,
- online booking of any car services at a convenient time,
- honest prices, reviews and fresh ratings of services,
- discounts up to 30% on repairs and components,
- round-the-clock assistance in unforeseen situations,
- consultations and support for complex breakdowns,
- participation in partner programs of Uber, Uklon, Fishka,
- and the key thing — saving money, time and nerves.
How CarBook began to influence the car business
Until recently, work with clients in Ukrainian car services was carried out the old-fashioned way. Less than 20% of stations in the country have their own websites, and online booking is out of the question. Drivers had to look for workshops through acquaintances, drive around garages and look for "STO" signs.
Therefore, for business, CarBook created a separate product CB24. This is an easy-to-connect platform with CRM elements that gives any station the opportunity to get a website, keep records of clients, send them reminders, control the load of posts and the entire service. Competition for quality and customer retention has long ceased to be empty words, but a necessity. Thus, CarBook connected drivers in need of services with those who provide these services.
Service plans for the future
In 2016, CarBook became an official partner of Uber, Uklon, Fishka and Elit, providing their clients with discounts on maintenance, the opportunity to accumulate points for visits to stations and tangible bonuses on spare parts. So from a simple catalog of car services, the service turned into a single platform for business and car owners, which significantly improved the quality of service and brought it online.
Confirmation of growth is the CarBook community on Facebook, which has already gathered 100,000 subscribers and has become one of the largest car communities in Ukraine. The portal's audience and the number of online bookings are growing monthly — already more than 10,000 visits to car services pass through the service every month.
In addition to Ukraine, CarBook has already launched in Romania and is preparing to enter the markets of other European countries. Plans include a mobile application and other functional improvements. The very concept of transferring car maintenance online is finding more and more supporters among drivers.
